I agree as well. There are reps in my district with no psych experience what so ever. They have never entered into a clinic and have no clue what they're doing. I guess the shorter the skirt the better gets you hired at 125k. But at least we are all senior representatives so we look good on paper until those bimbo girls open their mouths.
