Don't waste your time. Long sales cycle for the types of accounts they want you to land. Meanwhile, it's hard to hit numbers and make your money. Many are realizing the mistake they've many moving to this company. Benefits are poor compared to other larger med device companies. It's a great opportunity if you were not a heavy hitter at your previous company, otherwise be prepared for a dip in industry standard base and difficulty hitting your variable. Sales org is run on favoritism and exclusivity of the team depending on whether or not you are liked by the EVP and his immediate team. Be prepared to hold your tongue if your opinions or ideas differ from those of the inner circle. A misaligned executive team seems to be showing promise now with a new COO, but they need to bring in more senior leaders with a broader skill set and experience in the industry. There are too many tenured folks who think their way is the best and only way. Morale in the field is down as this year's numbers roll in under quota for many. The company keeps pouring money into new hires and new roles instead of taking care of the people they've brought on. Pros include easily approved time off and ability to expense virtually anything. No company car, but you are reimbursed for mileage, which no one checks. Have at it.

Aren’t all patches basically the same thing, repackaged? If there are actual differences, can someone please explain? I’ve been in the biz for 14 years. As far as I know, a holter is a holter is a holter...

you don’t need to be a good sales rep here. The marketing dream team is gonna do it all for us. Talent is irrelevant

Yes. They show favoritism and make up numbers and awards for the people they like. People running the show are clueless and haven’t ever had a real device job.
