Layoffs and Lies

What I do not understand is why are you still here? If you are so awesome, clearly you would have other opportunities. So, guess your market value is not so great.
For those of us that know we can move volume, we are going to run over your ass!

 

FYI...Everybody can be fired or replaced. Nobody is that special. Layoffs typically have nothing to do with talent.

 

What good would taking a stand at NSM do? Hasten our firing? Self preservation is not a bad thing here. Do what you need to do until you can do what you want to do.

Clueless about pharma. She’ll end up a product manager, or national mamager at Arbor before you know it. Hahaha

 

That is how it works at Arbor. They find the most incompetent person they can to be a manager. It makes it easier to get them to drink the Kool-aid and then they will pass their lies on to their reps.

 

That is what I saw when I was there. The managers at Arbor that had never been a pharma manager anywhere else were a joke! That is the majority of them.

 

Exactly; he sucks. He is a know-it-all but never ranked number one.

 

There are so many lies that no one knows what the truth is.

 

I know what the truth is. That Arbor is going to be done soon. Either by getting bought or selling it off piece by piece but it is done.

If this place were a horse in Kentucky, they would have put it out of its misery by now.
