    Our manager came back from the managers meeting all excited with a mind blowing new strategy for 2019. Focus on commercial insurance plans, utilize promo resources and the new veeva slide presentation.

    What are we supposed to do for 3 days? Role play selling Eucrisa as maintenance? We’ve been doing that in the field for 2 yrs. Oh right - better brush up on my PACE model. What a waste of time.

    we will spend more time in meetings until we discover the reasons we aren't calling on more doctors. thats what I was told. typical.

    Maybe we need a meeting to discuss difference between causation and correlation

    Is it just me or did they act like we were launching Eucrisa? We’ve been on the market for 2 yrs! “Hey we finally figured out our positioning” and “we understand access matters” is NOT encouraging. This stuff should’ve happened 2 1/2 yrs ago. ...I wonder why we can’t meet our sales goal...

    Seriously doubt it.. in the N East. All of us have plenty of prior Derm and not at that mark for what it’s worth 2 years later

    What a waste of $$ to Pfizer. Just shitcan the entire division. Anybody look at the ROI of this division? It has to be one of the most expensive to the company.

    Do you have any idea what they charge for that ointment? Quite a bit of $ coming in. They sure aren’t paying IC out.

    Around 250 which is 150 more than necessary.

    Forget the reps.......It's way over due to fire the Vindictive DM in Charlotte NC.
    Some of us in the District are treated very poorly and she has her favorites....
    specifically the rep who's family watches her kids and rarely gets field rides.
    She is very close to RM who covers for her and its time that all of us in the District
    are treated the same. Some one in HR please help now!

    Leadership has always been the problem. If you don't have good regionals, who understand dermatology, you won't get good DMs.

    Problem here is that we got Pfizer DMs, skilled at Pfizer activity and not dermatology. Forget playing favorites, we all know she does that and is protected from above but when she's with us it's still ZERO value added.

    About 1/2 at any particular time. Got to be the laziest group I have ever worked with. Could probably cover the country adequately with 80 real-derm reps total. Too many shoe and pocketbook idiots hired. Sales meetings play out like fantasy island...or dumb and dumber.

    News flash. Birmingham district ranks 1 in region. R & F with the right message drive the rankings. It has nothing to do with the Medicaid win. Send up your success stories and share your insights.
