Why is it that we in JJOS are saving millions of dollars each year and the SCSS group is wasting money on quarterly junkets to Belgium, Italy, China, Ireland, etc. I suppose that’s just another perk for those people. Old White privilege. Very wasteful of investors’ money. That group also appears very top heavy. Not in line with the CREDO.

Apparently Kathy Wengel, Meri Stevens and Bart Talloen are asleep at the wheel. Nothing will change. We younger, smarter, diverse employees are screwed for the future. We deserve better. Anyone in Sales who is generating all this revenue & profit offended by this, too?

Yes. If the stockholders could see a more detailed profit and loss statement they be offended too.

It is happening all throughout the org. In IT, the VPs get to travel where ever and whenever they want internationally. But those of us in the trenches need to get 14 levels of approvals to go anywhere and that is just to get our jobs done. Something is really wrong here.

Spot On, definitely on multi levels of approvals for “needed” travel, not to mention the executives’ $250k to $500k base salaries, stock options, and 25% to 40% bonuses on top of all that, many bonuses at that level up to $200k and more, the rich get richer, are these idiots really generating this much value in transformational change for the company?

Ye, laughing all the way to the bank. $300k + base salary, $120k + bonus, and $100k + stock. Sucking the company dry and laughing all the time. Promoting incompetents and holding the others down. Anti-Christ, Anti-Credo, Greedy Shits. Screwing the Stockholders daily. Ruining the Company. Retire already you old leeches and make room for us millennials. Another Guinness. Cheers.

The reason these highly compensated positions filled by people not doing much of anything exist is, it's part of the business model. The purpose they serve is to motivate the other 100,000+ of us "working stiffs" to have a reason to work 60 hours a week in hopes of making it to a huge compensation/little work position within JnJ. Yes, JnJ wastes a lot of money on these positions, but their saving
exponentially more by having a lean workforce, which is possible because the rest of us are doing more than 1 persons reasonable workload.

I’ve worked in Recon’ for a good many years, I’m not in SCSS. I can’t talk about the comp models put here, but do I see a huge variation of let’s call it work ethic in that group. There are some who are very dedicated and work very long hours trying to deliver in projects or improvements to the JnJ supply chain, while others at least on the surface do not. Also seems to me while that group exists to improve the supply chain through systems, the day to day Supply Chain Leadership and Org’ (in Recon’ and especially the so called Global Supply Chain we have here in Ireland) has simply watched from the sidelines and not even maintained the standards that once were there. So we have PL, and lost the likes of DP, and DM will likely shift on to Jabil, maybe that will bring some improvements, but until SCSS has some solid foundation to improve on I will be hard to realise any value anyway.
