This post is ridiculous. CH never did a thing wrong. Never hurt a soul. He was a standout rep and a better manager.

The poor guy has nothing to do with the chaos that is bioventus. Poor CH gives his blood sweat and tears with no reward. he's in an impossible, no-win situation.

Anyone who would bad mouth CH is a nobody.

next phase of investigation is the PAT form. 3 people fired today for false info on forms. After that will be in home fittings.

You deserve to be fired if you are dumb enough to fill this out and sign patient name.

Nobody said anything about signing anyone’s name. What happens is “coaching” to the form and innacurate info put in the income lines by reps after a form is signed or coaching to “your income after taxes” when there are 2 incomes in household.

If the company wants the numbers for Exogen temptation seeps in to hit those numbers to avoid a PIP. Otherwise have distributor reps sell Exogen and focus on OA. As long as Exogen exists there will be work arounds and temptation will lead to poor choices. More people do what is mentioned with PAF than anyone realizes. When I was at BV it happened all the time.

Oh and let’s not forget the in home fittings which runs rampant with all stim companies.

    Fun information.
“When I was at BV it happened all the time.”
Why you still fueling the BV threads if you’re gone? Life that boring?

There is nothing wrong with home fittings with the other companies- their reps are trained on it and expected to fit in homes most of the time ( I worked for a stim competitor in the past). Only BV has a problem with this which is ridiculous since our offices really don't want us bringing in these patients for an extra visit. What happens is we are forced to fit patients in unprofessional settings- Starbucks, hospital cafeterias, parking lot outside of the office, etc.

did you ever think maybe BV doesn’t want to risk employee safety by having you go to some random home. I am glad they don’t want us to do that. I do not want to put myself at risk. My offices have no problem with me fitting their patients in their office.

The fact is that 95% of us do at home fittings because we have to in order to get the unit to pts efficiently. I try to do most in offices bc I think it is more professional but a lot of times it's just easier on everyone if we run around and fit a bunch of pts during the day at their homes.
