The turnover has slowed, tremendously. The new COO actually “gets it” and he put a stop to all of the PIP nonsense. I love the guy. I think he’s exactly what this place needed. The old COO was an idiot. It’s unfortunate that a lot of good people were canned because of his idiocy.

I wish we only had about 80-90 reps. That’s all we need for right now. It would help the bottom line and expand territories for reps that need the business.

There is an opening in Harrisburg, PA. Is this due to an expansion or vacancy?

If you're making 95 K in PC...stay!!!! U are a unicorn. The real problem is that 95% of Specialty or PC gigs now pay 60-80K...They wont even look at you with a 90K minimum requirement...trust me.. I know. But who knows maybe u can find one of the 5% of gigs l out there that will!!! Think Positive!

The range should be higher since it is specialty and not only that,it is a very difficult specialty space. Difficult to succeed in this highly regulated market with changing laws and regulations and the focus on the opioid epidemic and new laws decreasing utilization and punish doctors for writing opioids. That said the goals setting continues to be unrealistic and the stock price is down as investors expect fast growth in this challenging space!

So that isn’t true. My base is higher than that. They will look at you...

Thanks for your input. Any info on the Harrisburg position? How is the territory performing? Is the position due to an expansion or vacancy?

    Vacancy. Territory is performing well.

    Why did the rep leave?

He most likely left because the manager is a useless moron who is very difficult to work for. Primary care mentality. Same reason why others leave the company.

Are you guys still pushing that ridiculous Oxycontin knock-off?
Did you see what Purdue did to their Opioid pushers?
    You are next Ace!

As far as I know there are a couple open positions. Have not heard of any expansion discussion.

More positions opening because everyone wants out of pain. If there is an opening it is because people are GTFO!
