It’s obvious by the Termination Agreements that there is fault they are hiding by “offering” former employees this for their silence. Ask yourself...In court how would those bad call coaching reports hold up if you got a HCP to testify? Most likely the HCP would refute FLL claims. Patient first has SEVERAL issues to defend. Co-workers as witnesses are also underrated as lies told by FLL can also be refuted. I suggest talking to each other and documenting EVERYTHING. Especially what ride along reports, actual results, and HCP opinions happened. GSK has a lot of dirt and it’s time we get United.....GSK can win one on one, but collectively they can’t defend all the wrong.
A lot of states are right to work states so GSK can terminate your employment without explanation if they choose to. Additionally, GSK has damn good attorneys.
Rep’s telling lies about other reps to stupid management is part of the problem. Dishonest reps that only care about saving themselves joi in with management. We saw one female with a long history of dishonesty go after half the district & of course she’s still with GSK.
Rep in our district fakes calls , sleeps til noon, flirts with every male rep, male doctor, male dm, male regional manager and attempts to find where they are working so she can conveniently be working there too. Oh and go out to dinner w them. It is way over board and inappropriate but she is not to be stopped. She is smarter than all the rest as we can’t even have two full days with our DM without her coming up with a reason why she neads him w her?? So if there is a lay-off let’s see if all this hard work paid off and she worked her way into someone’s job.
I also witnessed this same type of behavior. Very little team work on her part. This individual is trying to impress manager and elevate herself by destroying everyone in her district.
Funny thing is that we have a female rep who behaves similarly. Tells counterparts how she hates the company. Come meeting time, she raises her hand like the teachers pet back in 5th grade. "I would be happy to ....". It's sickening to watch.
I just don't understand how my manager doesn't see through it?! This lady tells a lie before she leaves the house each day! Lies to her customers and counterparts. All of her colleagues are aware but are afraid to tell her. If your reading this and you are a blonde on the West Coast, talking about you! Your day is coming and it's not going to be pretty. She has eaten dinner her way to the top. Not one female on our team can say they have had a solid two day field ride w our DM due to her. Her fake calls , fake expenses will catch up Stay away from my area and we should be fine and no alcohol before noon.
