THREATS and INTIMIDATION

I can't take much more of this work harassment. I go to work scared, very scared and avoid saying anything in order to just keep my job. However, my district manger is now threatening me and telling me the my sales director wants me fired. He is the worst arrogant creep O I have ever met. How many calls with his uselessness do we have to be subjected to before anyone does anything? Or is it because this company is all about the boys club that doesn't allow women in upper management? If anyone should be put on a sales performance plan it's Mr. creep O. Maybe human resources should be investigating him for his unethical employment practices of harassment.

I have done everything that is being asked of me but have received almost no support for sales management. I am a good person and my customers like me. I am open to suggestion but I don't like threats or intimidation when I'm doing the best that I can while at work.

 

Call the Valeant/BHC Hotline and report the harassment and the threats made against you. Valeant/BHC has a zero tolerance for that behavior from anyone!! MN is a sexual deviant!!
