More of the big territories will follow suit before the end of the year. The new compensation plan is failing miserably. There are many, many people with resumes on the street. There is a hierarchy of how Furtaw and the boys want things divided so they can capture control of all decisions from the powerful representatives. Houston territory first followed by all the other big territories that consistently make the company’s number each year. There is an extreme hatred/jealousy of the representation in these territories. By splitting the territories Furtaw and his boys gain complete control and dilute any feedback that may go to Charlie. Standby for what is about to happen over the next few months. The big producers are all moving to other roles or have their resumes on the street. All stems as a culmination from the dictatorial leadership of Furtaw and now the punitive compensation plan.
