I’m curious what do these 2 do? Ken Wagner is a man I can respect and appreciate, but Gia and Herb have me scratching my head. How did they get above being a rep?
Apparently they don't fire anyone. They should be let go and go back to carrying a bag. GOOD (not great) reps make horrible managers.
