US hospital business is hanging on by a thread, hence leadership asking for daily reports and breathing down everyone’s necks. Turnover at an all time high, leadership is terrible.
Ask them about the training stipend, because they won't tell you about it. They expect you to work for the first three months for $1200 a month commission. its a joke
I didn't think it could be possible, but it worse now. Micromanaging and paperwork beyond belief. Expecting another mass exodus
Honestly asking for open feedback here - what is this division like? I was contacted by a recruiter telling me I could make $150k here, car, pension, etc. Have things changed since management was supposedly turned over? What's the overall QOL here? Thanks -
Exactly correct - micromanagement refined.... This caste of management I would expect to retire in the fall
This team is no better. Lots of spinning plates and protecting inept people making bad deals at a national level. Disgusting loss of business and sacrifice now asking reps to account for decisions at local level and constant reporting back. Senior management reading salesforce notes daily. No new products. Growth is being manipulated through realignments.
The environment and culture is abundant with a circle of backstabbing and deviant behavior. Favoritism and being connected to “RF” in Princeton is the way to advance. There is enough drama to keep a circle of high school kids happy and field managers are primary culprits in this ecosystem. The potential for advancement and development is limited to being connected to certain individuals as well. Overall, what was once a great place to be is currently an anchor on most people’s resumes. The people that stay have too much equity to leave or either too incompetent to take their skills on the market and find another role. The work life balance is excellent as several sales’ people are starting their days at 1000 am and finished by 300 pm.
