Yes, she got fired along with every other middle aged woman in the company. I believe they called it a staff reduction and moved anyone they no longer wanted under the Primary care umbrella.
MJ is still with Horizon, as are many middle aged women, myself included. I don't believe ageism was a driving factor in the most recent layoffs.
