The Cruise Control mentality is in the process of being weeded out. Everyone who was hired because they were friends with a director - Start looking. If you thought you could come here and fly under the radar for 2-3 years because you worked for someone for 5-10 years in the past - Start looking. Look at where that hiring strategy has gotten this company. Yes, it's a tough market. But companies with far fewer people and far less resources have made it work. This should have happened a year ago.

 

Has anyone seen a sorrier bunch of leaders?
