someone here must have a short term contract That can only be voided if we get in some kind of compliance trouble, because leadership is paralyzed with fear, doesn't communicate and doesn't facilitate communication, and is frozen in indecision. The whole organization is fractured and disconnected and in the dark, with no rudder, because management doesn't know what to do or how to do it. They had 3 months to plan for launch and you'd think they had 3 days. It could be saved with bold and decisive leadership, but that seems as unlikely as Searchlight becoming efficient.
