My god. You walk into a managers meeting and you might as well be walking into a frat house. Nothing but immature, drunk sales managers that pat each other on the back congratulating one another on all their "career" accomplishments.

Way to stick with the times, Allergan.

    HOMOSEXUAL...

And not in a good way, but more of an ass grabbing, patting on the back (just to get a little closer) & stay in the closest with a mustache kind of style.

There were several female leaders in Urology but the Neuroscience Boyz Club took care of that. Men run the show here.

Ugly to say the least. THE Cosmetic sales force is 90 percent women but managed by 90 plus percent men. Can’t wait to see the investigation results when it’s proven that men here get paid ALOT more than women who drive the business. Oh and Everyone gets paid more than reps here. Brent - get over yourself, people working here have. You should value your employees and pay them, the competition and new competitors will . . .

Sadly, it doesn’t even take someone from Allergan to notice. I’ve looked at Allergan’s LinkedIn and it’s stunning to see all the men in management roles, especially cosmetics/aesthetics. Now doesn’t it seem odd that 90% of men are in management roles in your cosmetic/aesthetics division when 90% of the buyers of these products are women. I mean I know there’s a push for men to get botox, but I’m sure the reality is mostly women buy these products.

In aesthetics, it is all about Tod Reed. He takes care of his men around him. Some even leave for a couple of years to run a surfing t shirt line and come back as a Vice President of Facial Aesthetics. Is that odd or just luck?

See...This is so odd to me. I mean I hate to give a proverbial statement but, the irony in all of this is that you have to be a total pu$$y or you won't make it here or anywhere in this industry as a manager.
Its a yes ma'am job. You do what you're told and DO NOT stand up to make change or suggest systems that are counter intuitive to what the seniors (those that live at the top) want. Women are better at playing nice and not pushing back.I just don't know... Maybe it's more fun to turn the men into bitches and slap them on the a$$.

SB likes all the men to worship her and take her orders. She certainly doesn’t believe in the power of the Sisterhood

    In marketing? Specifically aesthetics marketing?

Apparently at a leadership meeting BM called all of the sales leads up on stage, made a crack about diversity when he saw he had 5 overweight middle aged white dudes in front of him.

Glad he finds it so funny....

Does anyone really give a shit about this? I mean you’d think anyone that works at Allergan would be more concerned about if they are going to have a job in 6 months.

Curious as to how many women of color are in upper management (Regional Manager or higher) in any specialty at Allergan?

To all non-white makes and all females: Earn a leadership position and you will be in one. Pretty simple.

It’s simple really. While she acts like she knows what she’s doing deep down inside she knows she’s been pushed in way over her head for years. So to make her self feel better she hires those women who are more clueless than she is. The added bonus is now those ladies feelindebted to her for helping them up the ladder. And they didn’t have to climb the ladder the way she did

Arkansas is miserable under SB. Where are the female leaders you ask? The female “leaders” are sitting in our passenger seats watching a video baby monitor or talking to friends on the phone cvand not present with their reps. That is where the female “leaders” are. They spend a short time with reps, have a 2-3 hour lunch with us then leave. It’s difficult to respect “leaders” that did not work as reps and still aren’t working.
