SL is a joke, I have never seen such a cluster of a hub at launch, how can they know so little about the rare disease marketplace? They hired experienced field people but clueless management and don't ask us and don't listen to us, but can't figure out what the problems are.
Management is either incompetent or absent, there is no communication and even less leadership. They are so scared of compliance they are frozen in indecision and mired in confusion, the company is so fractured operationally that they can't really function well at all, and it's the patients who suffer.
