    a new day of walking around AAOS acting like everything is okay and pretending like no one knows this thread is out here and if it does get brought up you place blame else where and take no ownership of what you have done to destroy your companies culture. yet we are all back here in the office chatting about what happens next.

    This has been fantastic to read. ZBOS is riddled w cancer, and it’s all growing from the top. I am a Former employee, quality of life has been incredible since I left that cesspool.

    To those that are still there, be careful and plan your exits. It’s simply not worth the blows to your psyche and your health. Get out.

    She hit the nail on the head with this one. It's a shame that MO & JS invoke fear in their team because of the power trip they continue to be on. Practice what you preach you two.... STAY HUMBLE.

    MO & JS take a lesson from your employees. You say you're men of god... Yet, you only act like "men of god" when it's convenient for you. That's not how it works.

    We’ve been told to not help her or talk to her a Email came out Monday taking her off everything it came from ES. T.E. didn’t know about it.

    Typical MO & JS move. Start the push out process. Make it miserable until she’ll quit then blame her for everything that comes up as an issue. They will do anything to be able to point the finger at someone else.

    You probably should tell JE so she can stand up for herself. It’s sink or swim time for her... that’s something she needs to know.

    Make sure to get that video recorded and have witnesses that are not afraid to go against them if you think you would file a harassment suit in the event you would be fired. Also, you need to report that to your HR, send an email so you have proof or record the conversation, recording are legal in KY as long as you have one party consent. (you would be the ONE party) You also have the option to report that to ZB Ethics point https://www.zimmerbiomet.com/corporate/corporate-compliance/compliance-hotline.html
    These are things that NEED to be done if you ever contemplate filing a law suit.

    Lol. Corporate trying to get to you before you get to them. Talk to an attorney first. Never take advice from the corporation that is in the wrong to begin with.
     
  19. Zimmer Biomet doesn’t matter anymore! All credibility has been lost! S and N as well as DJO are swiftly making their moves. Underground deals are being made! Non-Competes that will never be challenged are being violated at this moment. Zimmer made a horrible choice at their leadership decision 4 years ago! Their previous power was not any better! Their previous manager lost tons of business! They took no action on those involved in well known conflicts of interest amongst the healthcare community. Zimmer Corporate has seriously owned this disaster. They just don’t know how to clean themselves up at this point!

    The saddest part of all of it is that Zimmer Corporate is okay with their distributorships being ran by two monsters. The best part will be when the ZBOS sales reps start signing their contracts they are currently negotiating and S&N & DJO stands on the sidelines while they watch them scramble by spatting out their lies about the competition, lies that no one believes anymore because they’ve played the blame game too many times. M&J take ownership, not everything can be someone else’s mistake.
