these managers and RD's would be incapable of getting a management job outside allergan. they don't manage anything - they babysit reps, don't remove obstacles, don't strategize, zero management skills. simply do as they are told by JK.

Problems everywhere. The marketing team hasn’t been strong in years. These people don’t have the marketing expertise. We have trainers turned marketers, whose idiotic idea was that.

It would be interesting to see some former Neuroscience reps file lawsuits against Allergan. I can think of at least 5 different situations in my 10 years at Allergan where Neuroscience management did people wrong. Discrimination, harassment, and much more.... it was a dirty place to be.

How did that F1NISH model work? Waste of time and money. Workshops, materials and messages that sank fast. Genius marketers and yes men all over that ... “it’s the model we need to use to sell Botox”

Working for Allergan Neuroscience was like the movie the Firm. Never cross Allergan. You will end up disappearing. No joke. Back in 2007/2008 ....scary. No other words can describe it.

Give us examples of what qualifies. I’m sure there are a lot of us that can file.

Yes. Help me. My manager is an idiot and abusive. I need to get out of Uroloy!

Urology is an overlooked shit show. Ridiculous quotas to make up for the loss in neurology will have people dropping like flies. You know it’s bad end. You get disinvited to the NSM!!!

Hopefully for the NSM they won’t disinvite urology again... wonder what’s in store for us. Seems like changes are coming soon.

Well we got the invite so we shall see what the future holds. It certainly does feel like we are not of great importance in the grand scheme of Botox.

Urology is not of importance except to make up for the negative quota neurology gets to enjoy. What a bunch of BS! “Negative quotas for you, neuro, while we stick it to urology who will double their growth this year after being approved for over 7 years!!” Let me bend over with my bar of soap.

Where is the problem. All the way at too with Forth? Field head Kline? Is it the in house goons that are under qualified from marketing, training to sales ops? Or is it the field soldiers.

There’s a ton of dysfunction, typically it starts at the top, in my opinion.... somebody fell asleep at the wheel up top that lead to I compotence with the home office delinquents... ow we’re all suffering.

The problem is the same damn lazy RD’s are still in place, have you noticed that the managers never leave? Someone should step in and clean house. These managers are idiots and the management team is 98% white and male. In the age of diversity, Allergan (Botox) Neuroscience is decades behind.

Truth. It’s been way too quiet. Something in brewing. Changes seem imminent.

This is very true! How long will Allergan keep these complacent dullards in these roles??? BruceLnsem - what a worthless stooge. There are used car sales managers that are more dynamic, smarter and better leaders than he ever was and we know his "best" days are certainly long gone. It is time to let that dinosaur go!

was Kline’s commercial on “mind” really necessary. AAN attendees have more important patient conditions to worry about. Another flavor of the month strategy by these bell ends! Don’t drag us in the mud with your hair brained ideas. Save this face time for when we have something relevant

MF is gone. Cut the sales force down to under 60 reps and drop that ridiculous old model. One rep can handle all the indications. Lay off 80% of managers and stick with a core 10. You would be surprised to see your numbers will remain the same. Look around you - every biotech company is doing it with less people. JK- I thought you were a strategic thinker!?
