Lack of Leadership

This company has some of the worst leadership I have seen in a long successful tenure in the industry. There are some very qualified representatives but the company doesn't get it, they hire, promote and glorify incompetence. There are long standing golden children of the company that can not do wrong yet are some of the worst leaders in the industry.

 

I experience this every single day. It cannot continue like this.

Correct. DC now reports to CC. Don’t expect to learn too much DC other than how to be an asshole. CC is an expert

True. But at ALKS we move poor leaders into new roles. DC is a class act and deserves a chance to prove himself in HQ.
