Could not agree more. Common sense investors ran for the doors years ago when they came to this conclusion. It is simple economics. The debt service of this company, even post-split for each entity, is massive relative to the future cash flow...cash is king. IF a significant decline in the sales price for acthar occurs (say 90+% drop) then there is no volume increase imaginable that will provide the necessary cash flow to service the debt...therefore insolvency around the corner...just a ticking time bomb. Gx has the same issue even post split which answers the question, what do you get when you split up two low growth, high debt laden poorly resourced companies with no differentiated capabilities or competitive advantage...two smaller low growth, high debt laden poorly resourced companies with no differentiated capabilities or competitive advantage on a road to chapter 11 or short sale for cash and debt...
