Nelson, Lisa could have and should have met with her customers (internal and external) LONG ago. There has been NO effort on her part to understand the business she stepped into. Her primary care experience has over ridden our buy and bill knowledge and now so many customers have left we may not be able to win them back. She legit asked someone why it would matter what the allowables for our products were? What the shiitake mushrooms? How can she and her cronies be here for over a year and not get this? Look at the sales in 2016, 2017 and ask yourself what has happened. Jon, the Lisa/lesa........... if they were any type of leaders what so ever, they would not have needed someone to TELL them to go out and ask questions. Leaders don’t need to surround themselves with people who think only like they do. Leaders aren’t afraid to truly LISTEN. Why didn’t Lisa have round tables and calls and go out and meet people before she made the assumption we needed to video role play? The Lisa’s decided we didn’t know how to talk to our customers? Okay, your right. That is why we couldn’t sell Kyleena. PUH-LEASE.

 

AP manages by fear just like BH and SR did when they were with us. Fear was the culture at Conceptus. AP needs to start making cultural changes. If that isn't something he is willing to do or capable of doing then maybe he should leave like his cronies BH and SR did. There is no place for fear based management at Bayer.

 

Where could he possibly go? It’s obvious he’s not going outside the company to lead a team. Maybe Paul will bring him along...if he needs a head on a platter moving forward.
