I keep telling you people, follow the money. Then look at what makes sense from a revenue production standpoint. When you do, you can see clearly. Downsizing of the sales force is a fact. And it will continue. The sale of VAC was your first indication. Once you sell the VAC, all you need after that is someone to check par levels for dressings. You hire AE's only to do demo's and assist in the OR. Face it the VAC is a commodity. KCI is trying to protect Acute market share only. The outcome of the Medicare "bid process" will be the death of Post Acute. Watch how they re-orient the Post Acute into TAM's, only servicing the SNF market as order takers for dressings and canisters. Sales of VAC was the key. Even the Street missed that one, but they are now up to speed. The Pac Rim is where KCI is oriented. (no pun intended) That is where the growth curve is. Listen to CB, the Pac Rim is always front and center when she speaks to anyone in the financial community. There are 300 mil in the US, there are 1 bil in China.

I got out before all the BS. I saw the writing on the wall. They did not replace me either. I feel sorry for the poor person who has to cover the bigger territory. What a shame! Grass is not necessarily green, but I don't have to put up with the micromanagement crap. I am doing much better than if I would have stayed with KCI. The longer you stay with KCI the greater the burn. Fools get out before they throw you out.

Nobody misses you. All is as was. Stop dwelling in the past and enjoy selling catheters.
