    I have been approached for a position but hearing that the company growth is stagnating and the new coo is "f**ing a**hole" (verbatim). how is he being tolerated in the corporate american culture? Does HR have any balls? any advice if i should even consider exploring this company

    Yeap. Run.
    HR Irvine just managed to force someone who was working here for 15 years. HR is the main issue.

    HR Irvine promoted inexperienced business partner who is telling people to look for a job instead of helping.

    HR Irvine has so much high turnover rate. They can’t even control their own issues let alone other employees issues.

    So many lawsuits that HR can avoided but can not.

    why is there no high turnover rate at Director level and much senior level but lower? Well, they are protected by HR no matter what.

    At Irvine, Issue is Directors and above. Supervisors and leads are not the issue. They do what they are told.

    Middle management like the Leads, Supervisors , and Managers are treated badly and forced to treat their people badly because of the pressure.
