How many African Americans are Sales Director or above in your aesthetic business?

HR is the best place for special interest people. Notice that is where many are. Out in the real world of results, nature punishes men and women of all colors creeds. Short or tall. Hot or ugly. It is all about work effort and results. Let’s face it, many people are best to go into HR. No coincidence.

 

Some of these comments are disgusting from some of you. Yes, Galderma aesthetics business has two or three black colleagues out of about 220 but there is no reason to make these backhanded comments. While I don't work on a team with any black people, I know many that would do well here. But reading some of these comments makes me realize that we have some stupid people here that have issues.

 

Entitlement disgusts me. The person who started the string needs to shove it. Work hard and earn your way. Like everyone else. To suggest anything is sinister is what is wrong with these types. Too many lazy tards not earning their way on hard work, results, stamina, good choices and decisions. American is full of promise for everyone, regardless of gender, race, or any other thing. Get to work. Make better decisions. Deliver. Do it again a thousand times and earn an opportunity. Of if you don’t get one, it isnt because of anything other than you aren’t that good. Suck it up. Think like a winner and not a weak entitlement person.
