What about those they barely made the cut? You screwed us over. Otsuka could have easily spread the wealth, instead it was a fuck you to the rest of us. Fuck yeah that hurts. No i will not work harder next year. I’ll find a company that takes more people to Elite instead.

Take off the blinders and look around. Anyone who has been at Otsuka 5+ years has completely lost touch with reality. They’ve become a sales force of brainless box checkers. Get out now if you have the guts or the brains

Most beneficial meeting ever for OTSUKA! I have learned so much, such as who is recruiting now for open jobs, the best independent recruiters, and how to improve my resume from a rep that did an excellent job rewriting mine! Let’s do this again real soon!

    Notes from the 2019 POA:
I wish the excitement of the POA could last, but I haven’t arrived home yet and already dread my next field ride.
There was an interesting trend I witnessed while at the POA and that was the surprising number of account managers put on performance improvement plans, who were also CAP awardees, DST, Navigators, etc. and over 40. So, this is a great strategy to save on CAP bonus pay-outs and promote ready now reps. Originally CAP payouts were projected to be in April, but now May 31 is the projected payout so 60 day PIP plans end prior to May 31 so individuals who do not successfully complete them probably will not see a payout.
I work with some amazing account managers, who I will miss, but it time to move on. Kim Martin is a disgrace to professional women everywhere.

Agreed. Otsuka on your resume is becoming a liability

Well said. Kim is just one example of everything wrong with Otsuka. Severely unqualified people put in senior leadership and dm positions. Why do you think every vacancy is promoted from within? If they let an outsider in this shit shack Otsuka would be exposed for what it really is. Just a matter of time before they’re shut down.

And the irony thickens when the managers doing this are between 45-50 referring to reps as either
"...Well you do realize that you're an older gentleman in our district." or "You're an older woman and you must be jealous of the younger men in management getting ahead." This is being stated by managers in their fifties referring to other district managers who are the same age or younger than account managers."

Wait...I got the last part reversed. Older managers are calling younger reps older and comparing reps that are 40-50 to DMs that are the same age.

why does the surprise you all this nonsense hiring these ready now fools...that is their master plan is to replace all the tenured higher paid reps with the younger population that they can pay 1/3 of what you are making. Go HR LOL idiots
