Array or as insiders call it "Dis-Array" is a company built on great science. With that said, the leadership of AR,KF AH and others make this place miserable. The culture of raise your hand sounds good, but when you raise your hand, you are put on a list. Management has their head in the sand and are not experienced enough to be directional. I left 4 months ago and from what i hear the culture is worse. AH (peanut butter boy) needs to go! RS has no clue how poorly the field sales force feels about Disarray
