AP is the worst! Would love to know how much money all of the turn over in his area has cost the WHC division. Squeezing people out, managing by fear and threats. Can’t believe he even worked for Conceptus. Truly pity everyone in his area. He is one in the which WITCHES that needs to go

Heard AP is behind the new manager ride along quota. AP has always under appreciated the sales force.

Its obvious AP is under the gun. The eyeballs are on him. There’s nowhere available to stick his nose up into (I’m sure he misses Jon) so he has one option left and that is to whip the troops.
If he’s not looking he’s soon in for a very rude awakening...

AP is a weak leader. Many of his RBMs don’t trust him and would welcome fresh ideas and someone willing to stand up to LW and her simple, General Pharma ideas.

Very well said! Maybe his protégé LH should take heed.

Libby H. never accomplished anything as an RBM except for getting rid of ppl. She was anointed to be an ABD bc of special projects.

This ride along thing was obviously an Adam thing. Whatever he can do to put his thumb on things, he does. Wouldn't it have been more beneficial for Adam to go out in the Area he works and learn his customers, see what he can do to help in his leadership position? Adam is just one of those guys though that isn't a true coach and doesn't have a clue about servant leadership. I put his EQ at the bottom. Maybe Nelson will give him some good basically leadership books.

Let's hope Nelson can coach Adam in both leadership and in Bayer cultural values. It is obvious to all that Adam lacks those greatly needed skill sets. Maybe this would be a good place to start Adam's PMPs this year. It could be an "area of opportunity" for Adam to work on.

AP is useless. He’s there to be LW’s lapdog. He will gladly throw anyone under the bus if it makes him look good or if he thinks LW will pat him on the head.

You have four RBM positions, maybe it is your leadership? Would any of them have been looking if they felt valued? Is it because you keep turning people into compliance? Is that really what you are paid to do? Just because you are smiling at people and nodding your head, doesn't mean they trust you.

Poor Adam. Take it easy on him. He’s not a bad guy. He’s got to be hurting bonus wise as well with his area performance. Imagine he gets his marching orders to move to Jersey full time? Doubtful he would pack up and work a real 9-5 or more like 7-7. Semi retirement has its perks...

The role of the ABDs should not be to ‘evaluate’ reps. They should be working to know the Area customers and support their RBMs. Where did this crazy process of trying to manage people out start? If these ABDs were worth anything to our organization, wouldn’t they be working to see how they could help those in the field, get to know their people and our biggest customers? The current flock should have to interview for their jobs. Maybe a couple of them could be moved to the compliance department since monitoring people seems to be what they think will drive business?
