    Nothing wrong with L’Oréal or Unilever.
    Both preferable to equity firms

    This is 50% true....L'Oeal will not be the buyer of Cetaphil. My bet is between Colgate and Unilever. Read reuters and you will see that there are a few equity groups possibly looking to acquire the lotion.

    My other predictions is that they will sell it with out a sales team.

    What did Nestle/Galderma do with the tax reform breaks they received? The reps didn’t see any of it.
