We are on a partial guarantee - since we suck so bad at getting on/staying on GPO contracts. (Golly - is it because our products are all the same as the competition - only they cost more and we are on backorder all the time!?!?!?) Guess what a lot of us learned today? We aren't getting our Managed Business Objectives (MBO) payments... You know why? Because we "didn't have the proper paperwork filled out to prove/validate we achieved our MBO's". Can you believe this!?!?!? They put these in place with the hopes of retaining us. About 65% of us bailed anyway. Now they tell us we aren't getting paid what they told us they would pay us... YOU NEED TO PAY US! YOU CAN"T COME TO US AFTER THE QUARTER IS OVER AND NOT PAY US BECAUSE WE DIDN'T FILL OUT SOME ARBITRARY PAPERWORK - because you didn't tell us at the start of the quarter we had to do that. It's one thing to not pay someone if you said at the start of the quarter we had to document everything. It's totally another thing to not pay us and tell us AFTER THE FACT "you needed to fill out paperwork". Any and all paperwork that needs to be filled out should've been PRE-LOADED on our iPads! We have nothing... SUCKS!!!!
