Andorn doing some illegal stuff and HR letting it happen

    Anne and HR, I sure hope that you have accounted for all of the people who you released from medical and supposedly eliminated their jobs, then you turn around and create a position so that you can specifically hire Barbara Haight back into this position. If you are going to do something that shady, you don't walk around the company telling people your intentions..... So everyone who was released and those of you who are still there hoping to be hired into this position, you may want to make this known and contact your lawyer. Also Andorn and HR, when you write a job description you don't include words like 'her presentations' and specifically say, '>2 years exp leading the Sublocade MDT......'. There is only one person in the world who has this exact experience.

    • US Medical Affairs Lead Educator for SUBLOCADE
      Primary Responsibilities:
      Assist in the revision/preparation of visual aid materials for presentations on SUBLOCADE to various audiences, primarily external to Indivior. Assist the Medical Affairs team in determining best placement of her presentations – setting priorities based on needs of managed care/policy maker interactions/provider interactions. Perform presentations as agreed and present feedback and insights from the encounters. Inform the team responsible for preparation of visual aids of improvements suggested. Inform CMO of impact of presentations and assessment of audience receptivity and understanding.

      QUALIFICATIONS:
      Senior clinical scientist (MD, DO, PhD, PharmD) with > 10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience and > 2 year’s experience leading the SUBLOCADE Medicine’s Development Team and successful NDA Submission.
      LOCATION: This may be a remote based role, and may require intense activity in the next 6 months and less thereafter. Requires travel.

    You have no legal recourse, and Ann was smart bringing in Barbara. Move on and keep your mouth shut or you’ll be the one facing legal action.

    Don't get your boxers/panties in a wad...... most all (including me who posted the original thread) would agree that Barbara is a great choice. The point here, Sherlock, is the fact that the hiring manager, AA, specifically designed the job description and publicly posted it, in order to satisfy the requirement that you must post a job to give people an equal opportunity to interview.... However, the issue here, is walking around the company and openly saying these were your intentions before you even hired her....... Let's see how much of 'no legal recourse' does a person have, when this thread goes viral. Especially when BH is the absolute only person who has the experience that is specifically required in the job description and you've let go people and eliminated jobs for all of the 'corporate CYA' reasons. Keep drinking that Kool-aid Einstein.

    This job posting is unbelievable. Med Affairs roles are never associated with a brand name. This shows AA has no concept of her new CMO role and , again, is reckless power unabated. Would suggest giving AA a copy of ACCME Standards to understand appropriate medical education strategies and execution. But then she already knows everything

    Already hired a whistleblow attorney for everything AA has done. Her emails alone will doom her and Indivior. She doesn’t care about ANY regulations. Her presentations do not require a legal, regulatory, or medical review. She’s the Pope- her teaching is infalable!

    OMG, you don't want to hire a dumb and mean person!! The worst choice! She literally didn't do any clinical trials before Indivior except reviewing AEs. She made sooo many stupid mistakes and some may well break the law.

    The fact is AA, BH, J, and SL are GSK friends and formed a gang. AA is so arrogant, thinking she is smart. The fact is she is the best of the gang, but she is very old both in age and knowledge. All the papers she cited were published in 1990's. She lives by herself, very lonely, with twisted personality. So she is screwing all the people around her except the gang members. Good luck to you Indivior employees!
