It's time. Turn off the lights and tell everyone goodbye. The continuous flow of horrid management, mixed with a mediocre follow up to a blockbuster as well as a disgruntle sales force shows that it's time to put a bullet in this project. It's gasping for air, and we all just need to get busy finding something productive to do instead of having our every move questioned.

Salesforce will be laid off very soon. Learn from purdue. Just pray indivior gives its people their severance, bonus, and awards payout. Pernix completely went away with no severance, nothing.

A layoff would be a blow to end all suffering. You can go into an interview end verify that. The fact that a company has been incompetently mismanaged this long is too hard to believe.

Competition? There's only one version of bupe dosed monthly on the market. We're not competing with a product, we're competing with a business model that's profitable for doctors and patients. It's the model we helped create by helping docs "build their practice," so we're competing with ourselves. And we're losing.

To the handful of people actually on this site: all of the negativity only hurts the patients we are trying to help. I ask you to take a deep look inside and ask yourselves if you are here to make a difference or to make money. Plenty of jobs will allow you to make money, very few will allow you to make a difference. Decide what kind of person you want to be and what kind of footprint you want to leave. We only want those who are ready to fight to make a difference. It won’t be easy. It won’t be perfect. But when you lay your head down at night, you will know it’s worthwhile.

Who are u trying to inspire? Lol. 90% of the people on here either no longer work at Indivior or have never worked for Indivior. Get your head out of the dirt.

Oh and for competition you don’t have any because you blocked it very cleverly then had the nerve to say u had no idea why Braeburn couldn’t launch. Don’t tell anyone it’s not about making money when your company constantly works in the shadows blocking other products to come into the market and make a difference as well. You guys could care less about anything but making money and if that wasn’t true u wouldn’t have worked so hard to block generics then work so hard to block injectable competition. It makes u look stupid to say u care about the patience while blocking access to any drug other than your own.

Thank you for validating my point of the few people on here. And spelling patients wrong. Mic drop

it’s easy to spell check someone when you have nothing else to debate with lol. That poster was 100% right. Someone working with a company indicted on felony charges shouldn’t be throwing stones. INDV sucks, you suck because your defending them, and you are all about the $$$$. If you are not all about the $$$$ try giving up the SIP. Unblock competitors- didn’t this company learn anything???

shut it down. Patients —-no—-money he’ll yes. There is no altruistic cause at Indivior and it’s obvious. So Dorothy stop with the childish idealism please.

Same this as ordering a Coke or Pepsi at a restaurant. If they do not carry your preference you will easily take the other. When the company goes down. There will still be enough Bup. to satisfy demand from ethical companies.

Sorry you lost your job at Braeburn due to or companies superior business tactics. Indivior is hiring, but I would not advise. At this point we are only taking in top talent. We know what we have and we will succeed. When we succeed, we save lives!

So let me get this right. All the Indivior people got from this is a misspelled word? Lol. That’s funny but it is hard to defend the ceos actions. I dare anyone to try. He was superior in his tactics against Braeburn but some other tactics are what led to this indictment. How can a ceo say he’s abou the patients and treatment while blocking treatment? Please anyone?

And to think you’re only bringing in top talent is the dumbest thing posted on the internet today. No one wants to work for this dumpster fire. You’re under indictment. Lol

FDA blocked it due to exclusivity. Still don’t understand where braeburn gets that they can’t launch until 2024?

My ABM always asks what motivates us. If we say helping patients, he will brush over that response and talk about the SIP being the motivator. He will ask "who doesn't like getting paid"? So yes, there are some that are truly in it for the patients, there are many who are not.

The only reason Braeburn can’t launch is because Indivior filed something under the rare disease clause long ago which gives it exclusivity. The FDA then had to approve it. So the FDA didn’t do it they just had to approve what Indivior did
