This is the least diverse company I've ever worked for.

Patient safety and welfare are our top priority at all times. Hmm, maybe
Our people are our greatest asset. 100% BS
We are passionate about what we do. There is passion between some
Our thoughts are shared generously. Only on a need to know basis
Building trust is essential. Ha, ha, ha, ha
Teamwork is the cornerstone of our business success. See above

Dead on. No trust, no respect, no advancement, no leadership. We were better off with DK or TS, at least you heard from them.

Promotions are a joke. Hand-picked, backdoor deals. Mid-pack stack ranked people or lower getting promoted.

This company’s reputation in industry-wide is terrible. Headhunters comment on, “the flood resumes they have gotten from Pacira.” Then they ask the same question, “What’s going on at that place?”
I respond the same, “How much time do you have?”

Does anyone know when the new season for the Parsippany dart league starts? I just want to get in on the try-outs

Is there a breakout session for all the AMs who were called by HR & Compliance in the last two weeks?
    Ballroom A or Ballroom B?

Looks like now they are moving the more competent female sales people into Training. That's a safe way to bench them/get them away from the field "Boys' Club"... it stifles their ability to grow/make money, but is sold as 'growth potential'.... ughhh....now the boys can play badly all they want in the field and there's none of those pesky strong women around to complain about it......

Another promotion for an inexperienced person. When is this company going to learn that successful salespersons do not necessarily translate into successful managers. My RD has never made an impact on my business other than with quota assignment and hasn't been in my territory in two years. Hope it stays that way.

The last five recently promoted RDs had zero management experience. Disappointing thats all Pacira wants. The two in the West are golfing buds with AD. The two in FLA are burning up the fairways. Newest one for NY went above and beyond the call of duty.

Bottomline, Pacira pays top dollar for marginal talent. I’m OK with that; I’m marginal on my best day. This is the best gig I’ve ever had. My boss doesn’t travel in the field, I work a max of 3 days a week, there’s virtually no accountability, and I get new business cards.

This is a best part of the job. A more sophisticated company would require the ADs and RBDs to document their travel and log their miles when using their gas cards. If IT enabled MobileIron on iPads we'd all be in trouble.

Looks like TM was replaced as lead counsel.

They are going with outside counsel. That's not unusual - surprised they didn't do so right from the start. This means the suit is not going away

I hope they can't buy this one off or make it go away.

I know there is always "stuff" at any company, but the level of bullying, dishonesty, and using people up by the mid-level and upper management of this company is out of control. And the sad thing is, they can totally ruin someone's career and impact their lives without any accountability. Different rules for different people.

When you have an employee attacked by a higher level peer, both verbally and physically, at a regional meeting...and nothing is done. When another employee reports a serious compliance issue by a AD in a customer interaction....and that employee gets targeted by the AD until there is no other option than to leave...again nothing is done and all swept under the carpet. It would take pages to list what has happened in the last 24 months.... just ask why there has been such a turn over of really top field talent that had tenure and loyalty to this company...There are still many talented and good people at this company...they just get pushed around or overlooked.

and now the latest scandal.... another one of the "golden boys" is suddenly gone from the management ranks for a really serious offense.....wonder how this will be spun.

At the 2014 POA Awards dinner venture capitalist, Chris Jenner, MD, stated with proper strategic leadership Pacira should hit $800M in 5 years or 2019. "Strategic leadership," well that's not happened. DM failed at Remedy, failed as AD, failed with DPS, and now he's the COO.
Truthfully, following BW is a pretty easy gig.
