You could have fought for a humane severance and period of notice. Or you could have fired them all on no notice and not paid the IC that they earned. REALLY...the writing was on the wall when Pernix bought Zogenix. They had no idea on how to sell in a Cll space. Previous layoffs, company stock price, no Nat'l Mtg were your clues-don't know how much more you would need.
Currax is now purchasing Nalproprion. The amount of manipulation and foresight this took... they have “repaid 25% of their debt” to make “this deal” - they gave their reps zero notice, not even one day. BK a company, renamed it, same leadership and now acquire the drug the Bk company had acquired and formed a separate company to hold.
