Not only FRMs, what about all the other non revenue producing position he added in the home office. Layer after layer. The FRM is a joke. But wait giving Vivitrol to the Aristada sales force, but not making it part of their actually compensation plan will solve everything. They cannot hit their inflated Aristada goals, now you want them to try to sell Vivitrol? Good luck!

Wow. That didn’t take long for JR to bail. Loving the stability here at ALKS!

I agree, I thought the same thing and I have heard rumors around the office. I was hoping it would not be true since the stock sucks so bad.

kind Of odd that JR only lasted a year before bailing Not a good sign imo. Who is captaining this ship anyway?

Kenton is navigating the ship through a sea of white space

Kenton can hit the road too. Robinson left a shit load of stock options on the table when he left, so if a M&A was in the works, he would have stuck around.

He did not leave empty handed. He had a contract and agreement. Guys at that level always do. They can shit the bed and still walk away in clean clothes with a bag of money. It’s how it works at that level. The rich get richer even when they fail. It’s rarified air which most of us never get to inhale.

True. But the truth hurts. Cause what you are saying is that nobody in their right mind would buy us!

I WISH! But there is no way anyone would want to buy us. ARI is flat and may even go down a bit now that the ARI TBM's are obsessed with Vivitrol. SO we have a flat product hoping to hit $200 M in sales. Vivitrol sales growth has slowed significantly. So we have at most $500 M in our core products and our technology license revenue. 3831 will get approved but what will it do in sales? Generic Zyprexa is pennies a pill and we'll be around at least $19 and all we have is slightly lower increase in weight gain. Even if we can take the studies out 3 years and the data looks better than our pathetic 6 week data, do you thinks any docs will write and how will our managed care reps be able to get a plan to buy into that insane branded price with generic generic at pennies per day? No. No one will be buying us and I'm sad about that.

How great would it be to clean house and remove some of the dead wood. Aristada product team shoud be the first to go. Who came up with the ARI team getting VIV? preposterous idea! Why didn't anyone speak up and say how foolish the whole notion was?! FRM's are sooooooo not needed. I don't want any of them messing up my Viv offices. I get face time with docs because I help their staff. FRM starts doing that and I get less doctor time. Whole thing is just silly to me. How could they launch this strategy? Did anyone think it through?

Very well stated. You speak for many of us here and you are spot on. The problem is a lack of leadership at the top. Hence the dumb decisions. JR had to bless the decision to get ARI involved with VIV. Apparently he thought it was such a great idea he bailed before he could reap what he sewed. Pops and other Sr Leadership involvement in knowing the business has been minimal at best for years It’s a mess at best. I’ll keep taking a check and doing my best because that’s how I roll but I’m not very proud of what we have become as a company. I’ll also dust off my resume and be out of here when something good pops up. I’ve got great numbers, a pretty good boss but just can’t take it anymore

Don’t you think it was JRs idea to put Vivitrol in the Aristada folks bags? I do!
I couldn’t agree more with the statement about the FRM. We don’t need them and they will take faceTime away from us with the drs. Another JR mistake. Calling on IDNs will be another waste. JR tried to shove what works for oncology products down on our little company. Hopefully Popps saw all of this and showed him the door.

Get rid of the HBL’s too..friggin useless and incompetent for the most part. Some of them need to go back to primary care

Yes! Starting with Carlos! He's an absolute joke that has no clue what he's doing! Another one of JRs great ideas while he was here. Clearly JR didn't want to actually invest in and take the time to find a qualified person to put in that VP role!

FRM role is at the AD level which is insane. TBMs do all the work, sales, programs, field rides but the FRM is an AD role with higher pay doing what we have been doin all along? WTF
HBM have no goals which means they do zero. More and more account managers yet TBMs have to manage all customers etc

Hbm's have no goals? Haha not what I heard. Their expectations for growth are insane - none of them will be at target payout

Maybe Aaron Hanson could rat out a couple and get them fired - cost savings & bigger bonus pool.

Sales are flat so TBMs go SELL something and stop doing everything but your actual job. Oh and bringing lunch and samples isn’t SELLING.
