Perfect timing. I just read about layoffs with Lily. You have the perfect prick onboard to fire yo azzzzz. What a POS he is. How this asswipe got a job as a manager again in this industry is astonishing. He’s bacically a fking A hole. Watch the circus and hang on. More to follow. Stay in your swim lanes you miserable reps.

HR isn’t here to protect you. They are here to protect the company from lawsuits. Your best protection is to be smart and document everything. Hidden cameras are the best, since this snake is an expert at paper trail. Gather all the evidence then talk to someone. When they ask for proof, you’ll have it. If you magically get fired, you’ll have all the ammunition a good lawyer needs.

Hahaha. Love it! He has brought the curse upon himself. The Central Valley Lily reps have to put up with this jackass manager. Would love to hear how he’s screwing you folks over. Don’t put up with his bullshit or management style. He sucks and you can ask his Northern California Merck reps how they loved him.
    Sad. Protect yourselves......

I interviewed with Lance back in January and did not get the position.
He seemed very professional and careful in his questions and the interview was thorough.
I hoped I got the position but regardless, I am stunt to read all the negative posts about him. Really surprised.
Given that most of the post are BS, I will keep my first impression.
    Good luck you'alls.

Lance is a great guy and leader. We work for him and the negative trolls have never met Lance.

These last 2 posts are total bullshit and authored by old Lance himself. Do we really believe someone who didn't get a position would show up on CP to defend the guy who turned him down? Keep trying, Lance Boy.

Hey Lance, no one here believes this. We know the truth. Keep hiring those ECPs and hope they never figure out that your behavior isn’t normal...

All is takes to start this snake's exit is documentation and several reps contacting HR in a coordinated effort. Good luck.

No that doesn't work. It never has unless a Manager kills someone.

If you have a monster as a manager, your only options are to wait him out, hope another job opens that you can be approved to post for, or move onto another company. Sorry, HR at Lilly and most Fortune 500 companies are there to protect management and the company. Reps are expendable, and no one is there to protect you, unless you can show that you are in a protected class that they don't want to have a lawsuit to fight where you might have a politically correct potential to win. Otherwise you are screwed.

what? Someone lied on Cafepharma? Say it ain’t so! Regardless of this “lie”, if it even is one, we all know that Lance is a horrible, micromanaging corporate kiss ass who will make your life miserable if you don’t put your samples on the shelf the right way, or if you didn’t look over your shoulder long enough when you made a lane change or if you threw away all the “to be destroyed” marketing materials but accidentally left one in your trunk (because he’ll look). This is Lance. This is how he works. This is why no one from Merck misses him. And this is why his team in California is miserable.

Remember that when you put your trash out on the curb it's legal for the public to access it. Lance WILL get a flashlight in the night to look for disposed company materials. See a guy on your street casing with binoculars? Yeah, it's Lance!!! He loves mobile iron so disabling your iPad lbs will do you no good.
