All of you who drank Koolaid for years are going to get the real deal soon. How many thought the days of old would somehow reappear? Being delusional will be your downfall there. If you think it is going to be easy making a move out, keep an open mind, the Device and Pharma world is changing and it will be harder to land a job.

Not a terrible company, but not great either. No larger company will buy us as we have nothing to sell, only old products. Private equity highly likely. Which one is the question.

No one is talking about the sale, when are we going to hear anything?? Meanwhile, Evolus is geared up to kick some Galderma/ Allergan butt and we don’t have anything to combat with!

If this sale is happening mid year June/July and PE is likely buyer, best estimates when changes to sales force will take place?

The sale will be announced in June and it will be PE.
If you can leave, go soon. Once you are laid off, you have nothing to negotiate with when talking with prospective employers.
Not to mention the increased competition you will face with peers who have nearly identical resumes if you wait until you are forced out.

PE! the wrong people will get laid off. Seasoned, and competent employees will be let go. Incompetent and overstaffed SIGs will remain untouched!
