    22 spots hired last June

These are the ones no longer 12 of 22. Also 1 or 3 AD’s.

Was suppose to be 23 but they couldn’t fill one of them

Kyle and Belinda were promoted but listed below because no longer in role.

    Still the turnover is amazing.

    1. Nancy- LA
    2. JR- Seattle
    3. Tricia- San Fran
    4. Barry- Ohio/ Kentucky
    5. Stanley- Georgia
    6. Dan- Boston
    7. Lauren- Arizona
    8. Liz- New Jersey
    9. Mark- Carolina
    10. Belinda- Dallas
    11. Kyle- St Louis
    12. Homer- Houston
    Associate Director
    1. Jessica- Northwest

Shame on you Eisai for allowing incompetent Associate Directors tear down this team.

Your reputation in Epilepsy is literally breathtaking. So much you need CPR.

In the next few months welcome in GW, SK, and Zogenix.

All three of these companies will move to the front of the line and ahead of you.

This is what Pauly H excels at. Letting things go to crap while lining his pockets.

The culture here is a driving force behind the turnover in both NICM and NSS. A primary care management philosophy driven by metrics is antiquated in today's specialty market.

    Eisai. Hilarious.

I can never get anything done. There is always someone wanting to ride with me and go where they want to go. I'm next if they keep treating us like primary care reps.

Hey Tone how did the St. Louis hire turn out?

Tick Tock time is running out. I wonder who will fill file the next law suit.

What is the salary range for the NICM spots? Is that why everyone leaves?

I interviewed for one of these positions and I am so glad that I was runner up and not offered the job.

Listen, St. Louis is intimidating because it's a "rock star" territory. Filling "K" man's shoes is yeoman's work. NBRX has quadrupled over the past year from 2 to 8.

Serious replies only, please. I’ve to support my wife and kids.

Two opportunities: EISAI or GW? Your company offers a significantly better compensation package with a much higher base pay, promoted title, and Eisai seems more established as a company. If you had the choice, which would you pick and why?

Thanks. I don’t know anyone working at Eisai so it would really help out.

Very surprised Eisai would offer more $ than GW. GW was offering better while they initially hired.
I worked at Eisai so can only speak to that experience:
Depends who your Manager is. If Toné. Prepare to be frustrated, micromanaged and disrespected. Mike L is out of his league and inept and will throw you under the bus to save his job. The west manager wasn’t there when I was there so can only say I heard better things but compared to the other 2, that’s not saying much.
In general, Eisai is mismanaged. Nancy in HR is a huge fan of herself because she can wield power. That’s clearly gone to her head.
The key to Eisai. Keep your head down. Collect the check and don’t expect much respect or quality of life. Good luck

There isn’t an opening at Eisai that is overlapping GW right now. No field sales openings at GW. The two open territories are in sales training.

I call BS on this post.

Both companies will look at your base now and give the standard 8% to 12% increase.

Bonus plan the same but more attainable at GW.

    Both have strong pipelines.

Passing Completion Percentage Below 50% for Career and more Imterception than Touchdowns. Hmmm it reminds me of his career at Eisai.

Less than 50% of new hires stay and he will make more bad decisions than good.
