While doing some networking via LinkedIn this weekend, I notice that my former RGIAS colleague Chris M is already sprucing up his resume. Or is that called lying? No Chris, you weren’t an RBD at Synergy for 3.5 years. It was 6 months. You conveniently blurred those years and that is how you lose a job not gain one are you are interviewing. And how about you already claiming for a month that you are a Bausch RBD? I don’t know about you but I am pretty sure that didn’t happen till today when we were all released from Synergy. Or if you are stretching it,when we got our offer letters. I knew you were a f-ing d-bag when I met you at launch. Your fraudulent representation on LinkedIn along with your urgency to update your title and company makes it apparent you are pertified at going back to being a rep. Better get honest, buddy. Or you might get bitten.

They are all a bunch of liars over there! “The boys” were allowed to do whatever they wanted at Synergy, including post crap numbers. For attractive women, it was another story. Between the known sexual harassment that was swept under the rug, to the extreme scrutiny placed on the women, I now understand why they quit or didn’t continue to the next company. Mississippi, Mid Atlantic, Northern CA, Southern CA, Midwest, South Texas? They wouldn’t even give Miss a Sr title even though she was a previous director. A lot of very jealous and dishonest people at Synergy. Destined to fail from the start. Like the other post said, they are very lucky they didn’t get sued!

Very true. Even the female RBD was against women, all for the boys. I even know of a former female internal employee who went to HR after giving her resignation to have her title accurately adjusted to address her previous level and the scope of work she did here. So she got her “senior” inspite of the internal BS via HR.

HR at Synergy? Another group of dumb people who protected bad people. Synergy HR = Human Rejects.

True about HR when the unprofessional Michele P was there. The only good HR was the interim after Michele left.

Just looked at Chris Margulis's profile. Lied about his tenure as a manager at last job and this one. I am going to drop a line to Bausch about this.

If you actually understood anything, the time worked for a company and last position held are how the profile works. Nothing there says CM was a manager his whole tenure.

Too bad you're not smart or motivated enough to be successful.

    Drop your hate and negativity.

No, Chris is lying. His profile reads that he was an RBD for the last two and a half years at Synergy. That is a lie. If a company or a recruiter catches that, her loses. Why lie? Just break it out by tenure in each position within the company. He is a dope.

At Synergy DM’s were called RD’s. A lot of companies call their managers by different titles. I dont understand all of the concern anyway - if someone embellishes and gets caught they get caught ..

Can we get to the real story!?! Is it possible for BJ to have another mental breakdown at Salix? Can we join forces to make that happen? Possibly the biggest doucher to walk the earth in pharma.

Chris, you seem to be missing the point. You were a REP at Synergy till six months ago. You were a REP at Salix for all of your tenure except 4 months. So no, you don't have six years of leadership experience, you have 9 months of first line manager experience so stop deflecting with the DM/RD BS. There will be a call to HR and I hope that you get caught while interviewing, you ahole
