Can anyone comment on the company culture and overall compensation.

 

I just came on board....good so far...new curve product is great...

 

The home office sucks a bunch of dweebs and duschbags and the managers are useless.

 

I agree...good products.....good comp....but you have to deal with all the Fu**ing idiots at the home office. LOVES TO MICROMANAGE....

 

How is it selling capital these days? I imagine it has to be tough. Have capital reps seen a change in hospital buying behaviors lately?

 

I collaborate with BL rep quite a bit. I know you guys are getting hammered by Stryker nav in our area. Rep seems to have a lot of autonomy but i can not speak to the management. Selling capital is slow right now. Sales are happening but they are taking 5 to 10 months to close. ASC's are moving quicker than the hospitals.

 

Not for us Microscope reps, selling capital is great. As Aldo the Apache said, "Business is a-boomin"
