Hopefully you'll have a lot of experience collecting signatures from surgeons because that's what we do at Applied. You will make sure your team is out everyday meeting with surgeons and getting their signature that they have interest in our energy.
Here's a good question to ask whoever interviews you, "What GPO's are we on with Voyant?"

there once was a manager Sean Mahoney who was a twatbag and I heard he got fired for some unethical behavior. Just remember, if your boss says to swallow, you probably should swallow.

Don’t take the Job. If you want to be used like a $2 hooker go for it. Job blows and MGMT is clueless. I’ve heard Brian has worst turnover and it’s not based on the territory or comp plan. Do the simple math

Ok, I was told by a reliable source that the account that everyone in upper management uses as the poster child for Voyant, Peace Health is no longer using Voyant? Is this true? Why the change?

You serious? I’ve been calling this out for months.

Go to your reports and look at the reps in the PAC NW. they are all down in Voyant. If they are negative it’s cause they LOST

I don't have access to the reports because I'm not an account manager. I've been with Applied for about a year now. I just know at all the meeting we have my manager and the health systems director and everyone just talk about it being how to properly get Voyant in. Then I was told last week that Voyant is no longer there and I wanted to know why?

Ask DG why he keeps hyping it when he knows the truth. Everyone knows it was a trainwreck.

I am going to enjoy coming to read this board in by the time Q3 rolls around and we have stapling out and accounts are converting to Voyant. The lack of being able to break the stapling bundle as of now is the only reason Voyant sales haven't soared. Well, also due to the fact some reps prefer to spend their days crying and moaning and not out selling Voyant on every call. You can say all you want about getting signatures but at the end of the day our process will show you it works and the reps who have been diligent with getting the doctors excited about Voyant will be hitting grand slams. So my prediction is there won't be too much on here come the summer. Oh wait, I'm sure you will be crying about the comp plans. Boo-woo.

That's funny. Let's take a look at your comment come October.

How can you bring out Staplers without any market share for Voyant?

We can’t even make a solid clip Applier let alone a stapler. And let me guess it’s going to be nothing special. There are already 3 companies with 5mm staplers and they aren’t hitting the ground as hard. And those reps have experience selling staplers. You going to have college grads selling staplers.

    You Clown

Imagine if you dorks spent as much time in the OR selling as you do on here crying about how things aren't fair and the bad managers at Applied hurt your feelings.

That tells you all you need to know. That's some old US Surgical loser who is on the pay role to come to meetings and role play. "Global Education" or whatever they call it. Such a joke. The last time any of those clowns were in the OR the robotic hadn't been released. Yet they are the "experts".

Honest question, does the company have any chance at Voyant being successful? Not replacing Ligasure or even really threatening it, but being something that you can get into say 30% of your accounts?

From a product technology level, yes.

Is it implementable? Doubtful unless management is willing to invest time to train the sales team with actual useful information.

Not trolling, but what do you think would be more useful? I'm trying to sell this, but I feel like I'm banging my head against a wall. I have three non-IHN hospitals in my territory which I think are legit targets. Small accounts, but something. Everything else is part of an IHN which will be impossible to penetrate. I have no support from my manager with anything other than "Get signatures", "Surgeon driven" those talking points.

    Thanks
