For a successful launch, you need time to develop advocates and strategies. You also need good time for training. It's not a good idea to rush to market like this.
Agreed. They aren't even taking their time interviewing reps. Making offers without even conducting face to face interviews.
Ive only stated the obvious. They are rushing. I'm not saying they don't have good people onboard. It is a mistake to move this fast.
no worries. We’re just going to Stock up with cadence washouts. Managers and reps and do what they did. And they only know how to discount and sell off spread. Nothing to get worked up about.
lol you are the same loser that wanted the job so so bad and didn't get chosen. It is so scary to see someone troll a board once they were rejected. Get it through your thick skull. THEY DID NOT WANT YOU!
No Mike I didn't want the job with you and your team of Cadence f**ktards. I just want to know why after more than 2 years of employment you are so unprepared for this launch? Can you answer that?
ummm bitter much? You need psychiatric help. Let it go! It's OBVIOUS you are DESPERATELY wanting to be part of Heron and you were rightfully cast aside. GO SEEK HELP. YOU'RE EMOTIONS ARE OUT OF CONTROL
"We expect to meet with the FDA shortly to discuss our responses to the CRL for HTX-011, and we remain focused on resubmitting the NDA as soon as possible," said Barry Quart, Pharm.D., President and Chief Executive Officer of Heron." Wow. We haven't even met with FDA yet. WTF?!?! Assume we meet with them in the next 30 days, then another 30-60 days until we get the minutes back. We'll then need to develop our reply and refile, best case is 6 months, but most likely is 10 months. It's Q4 of next year if everything goes right. The ClusterF*ck rolls on.
Yes, Barry and CMC mgmt screwed the pooch again and will probably make a lot more $ (eventually) due to their incompetence. BUT, unless they are raging buffoons (a possibility) I think they get their sh$t together enough before meeting to resolve issues and file right after formal minutes. So 30 (to get meeting, maybe already scheduled) + 60 (minutes) + 15 (to lick stamp on filing) = by end of year + 6 mo PDUFA so 1H20 which is what the mustached man said. Can he be trusted to actually deliver though? 50/50 IMO.
Had a offer contingent on HTX approval. Couldn't wait to bail from PCRX. Whoever the fucktards are who handle launch screwed the pooch. I didn't truly think there was management worse than Pacira's. Congratulations Heron, you surpassed our leadership's ineptness. And, there's zero chance of ever entertaining an offer, whenever HTX is finally approved, from the circus that is Heron.
Yes, grass is rarely greener. Very little Mgmt talent in San Diego, most spend years floating from one shitty company to the next with little to no launch or commercial experience.
