Asking the basics... honest truth, not troll-responses. Company Culture for reps? Avg Base? Avg Comission? Car allowance or fleet? Do you get the basic fusion or better? Decent Stability or reorgs/layoffs 1-2x a year?
It depends which territory you are talking about. It depends on the manager and regional for culture. Some are horrible others are great. It’s like any other company.....no stability in oharma. Base of 120 30k bonus.
