Outa here - to a direct competitor... with a consulting contract that we will pay him for ... while he does what no Sales person would ever be allowed to do!!!!

We must be in really deep shit ... to pay a senior leader to go to a competitor in violation of our non-compete!

Leadership has the answers and now we know and knowing is half the battle. Be cooler than the competition. That’s all it takes. And flash a winning smile. There you go, the whole battle. Thank you leadership I just crushed my quota.

yes - it is a competitive matrix

But - it is not a competitor as defined by ACell.

This is a wide open field.

No one at ACell should feel constrained from working for another company that markets or sells a “Matrix,” or a “Skin Substitute.”

The ACell scientific and legal teams narrowly defined their Matrix as “Porcine Urinary Bladder Matrix.”

So, do not feel constrained from interviewing with other companies.

Just follow the lead of the guy who has the most trade secrets for ACell to lose.....

Not only - no litigation ..... an endorsement from the board - a 6 month consulting agreement!

Hey are you telling me all I have to do is be cooler than the other guy? That’s right big fella there really is nothing more to this job.

YEP....its that simple.... the company has actually NEVER litigated a non-compete.

They talk tough....but have NEVER - enforced any non-compete.

and now you have a GREAT precedent to BOOT.

    Significant failure of LADs

Don’t sell them too hard.... place multiples

We are seeing failures/delamination and degradation similar to what we are seeing with our hernia devices

Relax - we have only seen de-laminating issues with the hernia devices - the other products do NOT seem to be impacted.

Follow your leadership's direction .... they are the same product!

They dont need to litigate when they threaten your company. 2 people lost their jobs in 2018 from pre-litigation discussions.

Nobody lost their job for that

..... just for not supporting the cover up of Bill

Gilbert now works for integra. Integra 'makes an offer' on buying Acell. Seems fishy to me.

Gilbert wouldnt let Integra touch ACell with a 10 foot pole.

Nothing fishy. Just the CEO trying to sell the company to anyone he can before Xmas to line his pockets.

How could the CSO. Tom - go to competitor?

he must not know anything about UBM,

..... well - we all know that!

....... he did not accomplish anything at ACell

.... nothing at his last company.
..... just a great UNDERLING to some
    PhD candidate at UPMC.
Bottom Line - Never Accomplished Anything!

^^^^^^^this one is from December 3rd!! Someone knows something. Please tell us about our job security. Sometimes I think my job is safe because of how we do it here. But sometimes I get worried.

If you are waiting to look for a new job you are taking a big risk. Odds are not in your favor. I sure hope companies will start posting job openings now that it’s 2021 and the vaccine is working.

Why would they sell to Integra? Seems like management just wants to get rich and they don’t care at all about the employees. Very disappointing.

    Be worried, very worried......
Just by saying you think you’re good by “how we do it here”, tells me you have no idea how it’s really done. If you think we do it the right way, you’re in for a rude awakening. Sorry but ACell hasn’t provided you with the right leadership or development to advance your career. Don’t believe me, tell me the last time you had some good sales training or management training? Please don’t embarrass yourself further by tellIng me to move like a shark.
