How can I report someone not working on one of your contracts?

Ah so many of the Janssen long term reps do not work at all such a scandal! Collecting a paycheck but not working even 20 hours a week

If you report it: YOU will be forced out for not being a team player! Not worth it unless you have another job lined up for sure.

:D:D so true. But why do companies shield incompetents/mediocre? Even when there is no legal or financial liability

Why would I be forced out! I just don’t agree that I work each day and my partners do not why is this ok? I guess I will just collect a paycheck and stay home.

Life isn’t fair. I work hard every day and see my partners slacking. It happens all over America. Do your freaking job. You sound like my 8 year old when he comes home from school

It's never a good idea to be a whistle blower. They say there is no retaliation, but in my experience it never really goes well for the whistle blower in the end.

I agree with the others that it will most likely fall back on the whistle blower. It almost always does, unless the whistle blower is perfect in everything he/she does. Even if they are, no one likes a snitch and now the manager and teammates will know. I make it a point to mind my own business and if people are doing the wrong thing, it'll eventually catch up with them anyway on its own.

Do your own job and stop worrying about other people. Don't be a tattletale. Get a life & stop trying to create trouble for other people.

Stick to your own knitting.... had a counterpart try to screw me over with this ...believe it or not I did actually but in above average hours, tried to be a nice guy... counterpart played the game like she was on the show Survivor.. who gives a rat's ass if the counterpart is working on not.. how do you even know ?? Oh , yeah,, your the rep driving past their house at 940 AM or flipping thru sign in sheets and snapping off pics to show your boss..... Oh joy! that's not what your DM will say , not going thru the DM? , oh great! now you've made the DM look bad as well.... either way thanks for the heads up Capt Obvious....now go complain about the limited vegan, GF menu at the next meeting .

    OP,

You are a toolbox. So, I hope you are working 8-5, everyday, M-F, all year before your stupid ass reports this.

OP, you are everything wrong with this industry.

For those of you with any intelligence, do yourself a favor and never take a gig with a pod.

The ones that are worried about whether others are not working are the ones that are likely working the least.

    Its called projection

Has anyone on this Long Term Care team been Promoted to a National LTC Trainer ? I believe this is a CSO sales force? How can a client promote a CSO as a National Trainer?

Eventually, that person will hang themselves. You worry about you. The manager should catch on sooner or later unless they just don't care (which they very well may not).
