I was ambivalent about Mark S when he was here but I miss him now. How could one not miss him after this mess that was hired after him?

 

Jim was a mess and now he's gone. Carlos is an even bigger mess and needs to go. Now. Why is he still here? He is horrible. No leadership. Leads by intimidation. Doesn't have a clue what he's doing.

 

Hey, it's not his fault. He leads a division that is not needed so they have nothing to do. If you aren't on board to make things up to look like you are getting something done then look for another spot in the company. It is not easy trying to sell the benefits of a sales team that is not needed internally. Cut him some rope.

 

Are you aware Carlos no longer leads the hospital team?

 

Are you serious? Cut him some rope? He's horrible. He's a VP of sales. Are you insinuating the entire Aristada sales force is not needed? If he stays in leadership it will absolutely not be needed bc he isn't a leader and doesnt know what he's doing. His lack of performance isn't anything new. Check out where he's come from. He's never been liked nor been good regardless of company that he's been at. He sucked up the right person here, apparently one who was already checked out anyway to get the gig he has.

 

New boss coming his way. Don’t worry he won’t last with the new sheriff who comes with a bit of their own baggage.

 

Sorry, I quit a few months ago. Wasn't in the know that he was promoted. Did they finally realize there is no need for the hospital team and dissolve them? Is that why he got promoted?
