Exactly. I am working on an integration team at BMS and the focus is on gathering requirements for Day 1. Once Giovanni announces his senior layer this month, then there will be more concrete direction and communications.

I work for the OTHER integration team, the real one. The team you are on is just a distraction to make people feel included and the rest of the company feel like their jobs are being considered. The real integration team is combing through Instagram, emails, and whatever txts we can access to see which women look the most likely to put out at future meetings, which males are willing to break compliance and complete quid pro quo programs, and which minorities won’t give us any problems.
