Elanco loves to use the football analogy at every meeting we have. If this was a football team, the head coach would have been fired a long time ago. At Elanco they give him more money.
Do not work for Elanco. They do not look at the industry as a whole and how they treat their employees. It seems like all the upper management thinks they run the best company, fun fact, the upper management has no idea what they're doing and it is evident. The goals at this company are heavily skewed to favor the south and northeast. Trifexis is the flagship product and they cant seem to rid themselves of this fantasy that it is still a viable product. If you are thinking of working here, make sure you are located in the south, it is the only way you will ever make money.
Anyone else sick of having diversity shoved down their throat? Give the BEST people the job, regardless of color! Testicles, no testicles, black, yellow, green, white, beige, purple, blue ........ give the MOST QUALIFIED people the jobs. Period.
