Thanks for the rambling hot take. Any other words of wisdom before day is over?

What ever happened to Cashman, never met a dude that was more in love with himself. He told everyone that when he was in the navy he was on the team responsible for the nuclear missiles on the sub--Found out he was the assistant supply officer- What a knob!

The only redeeming quality the dude had, he loved the gentleman's clubs, spent a fortune in those places.

Well it seems from your carry overs to other organizations

you were trained to look the other way. Because your formers who jumped ship are spin masters. Frauds

We have officially hit 75% of our reimbursement leadership team resigning. They are typically the first ones to see the iceberg! It was a bumpy ride and my ash needs a break. Onto the next sham!

This industry is going down in flames! Most companies missed the opportunity to sell 2 years ago. Maybe Mimedx can go through another leadership change before the liquidation sale! History does repeat itself! Our board has screwed every last shareholder!

Can you fill us in on the liquidation. Why do we need to sell?

No I can’t, but thanks for asking. The fact that you have to ask that question is one of the reasons for the epic failure of this company! This dumpster fire, you call a company, is unsellable! Go hang your hat on the purion process, a genius marketing strategy!!!!!

Well, another banner day at Mimedx! Karma ultimately catches up and today she dropped the hammer. Have fun being a wound care company with low reimbursement, sounds fun. The company is cursed!

Rest easy, the price increase coupled with q3 asp will yield the expected results! Who is making the decisions here? I never thought this clown show could get worse, boy was I wrong.

Watch the money. There is a limited chance Caps can sell us, but it would be pennies on the dollar. The board wants nothing more than to make millions on their unearned, self-gifted, stock grants. The board has single handedly destroyed this company. My only hope is that Randall is set for life! It is an absolute crime that this company is only a wound care company given the technology! SMH

I hear Bill Taylor is available. (It’s hard for convicted felons to pass the background check) He knows how to grow sales.

At least our stock is doing good. Better than Organogenesis

Wake up wound care peeps! CMS is shutting down the graft sector. Once the bundle hits the private office, Goodnight Irene. The stock price at 6 is a gift! It is a complete joke that it is not ten times the value, but that is what you get with a board that hasn’t gotten it right yet!

Coloplast buys Fish company for 1.3 billion. If that doesn’t tell you how screwed up things are at Mimedx, nothing will. Every CEO they bring in can’t sell this dumpster fire! The entire leadership team, past and present, including the unqualified board, have made bad decisions making Mimedx an unsellable company. There are 30 other companies that have the same products and get higher reimbursement. Who would buy a me too company with all that baggage? I have never witnessed a more incompetent organization in my career!

Come over to Organogenesis and you will. I am sure Coloplast spoke with Organogenesis and you all as well.

OI is 2 weeks away from mass layoffs. I will not entertain another company with poor leadership, so OI is out. This graft business is dying on the vine and the mom and pop shops are thriving! Mimedx, OI, and Smith & Nephew are sinking fast! It was a good run though! Hasta La Vista Baby!

Wait until they scale back the private office.
Get your orders in before the end of August, it is coming.
