The grabby old man is getting hit today in the only place he cares about - his pocket book! Kapoor owns 28 million shares of AKRX which is getting crushed today because Fresenius discovered fraud committed in ANDA dossiers. History may not often repeat itself but it did today since this is the exact same BS that Kapoor pulled at Lyphomed! Kapoor is no longer a billionaire and he will be lucky if he doesn't spend the rest of his life in Federal prison. What a pathetic existence!! Take that little man!
Yet he’s the only one at INSYS who didn’t make any money in the end. Didn’t sell any shares like those looking at it as a short term business model aka Mike B, Larry D, Alec B, & many others who sold as they knew it’d come crashing down.
Yeah they screwed everyone over, but NOTHING like the man-girl attention witch Patty Nixon. All for a some petty spotlight time. That "thing" had SO many choices, but chose the worst path. Just gross.
Don't hate on Patty for speaking the truth- if you had one fiber of character you would have done the same as well. Kapoor can suck it That is all
Hmm. Interesting that LD got out when he did. And Baker moved out of the country? Does make one wonder if it was all a big scheme..........
He really was awesome , was he not? Always approachable , always greeted you with a smile, and always willing to hear the sales force out. He will eventually serve time for all of those who skated away. Such a shame.
Patty is a person who only cared about herself. Zero fiber. Could have changed things. Could have left. Instead wanted the little piece of fame at the cost of so so so many people. Patients, scientists, etc etc. History will remember her as figure who got some camera time at such a high cost for so many. An example of what is wrong with the quick reward society. And how In doing so will deliver for years to come misery to so many who sought only a little hope at the end of life. No peace Patty. There's your fame for you.
doubtful JK will get any time. Likely settle like the former Akorn execs settled the restatement with 20k (former CFO) in April.
